As part of a wider giving program, the firm hosted its inaugural Charity Day in Sydney on Thursday 23rd August 2018, raising over $100,000 from all transactions executed on the Yieldbroker platform. The huge success is attributed to the generosity of clients who provided tremendous support across all products trading on the platform.

The funds will be donated to the Children’s Tumour Foundation (CTF) in its cause to conquer Neurofibromatosis (NF). NF’s sufferers – mainly children – develop tumours that can cause severe disfigurement, blindness and deafness. There is a significant rate of mortality attributed to the suffering of this disease, as its victims attempt suicide. Yieldbroker is committed to sponsoring CTF with the aim of making a real difference to impacted families.

“This was the highest single contribution of any one organisation in our history and more than covers the funding of the Clinical Nurse Specialist role at Children’s Hospital Westmead for two years”, said Derrick Hubble, CEO of CTF.

Yieldbroker continues to reach out to the debts markets community in an attempt to connect CTF with longer term institutional supporters. Parties interested in supporting CTF can do so by Contacting the Foundation directly to donate, raise funds, or volunteer.
